Deepen your personal practice and add some new tools to your yoga toolkit in this 20 hour Immersion.
This advanced immersion is intended to enhance your skills as yoga teachers and practitioners through advanced yoga asana and a deepening understanding of anatomy. The more aware we become of how things work, how asanas are built upon the structure of skillful alignment and clear, careful, strong actions, the more powerful we will become as practitioners and the more clear we will be as teachers.
This course will also cultivate the place where yoga asana and yoga philosophy intersect.
Expect powerful asana, lively discussions, and a place where you can play your growing edge on, as well as off, your mat.
Who should take the 20-Hour Advanced Practice Immersion?
This course is ideal for students and teachers who would like to receive support and guidance for achieving advanced postures. We’ll work on refining alignment and skillful action in challenging asanas and transitions. Space will be given for discussion, feedback and questions.
What will you receive from this Immersion?
Along with one on one feedback from an advanced yoga teacher, students will have optional home practice assignments so they can continue to work on these postures at home. The small group setting will provide ample space for questions and anatomy review.
Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course for 20 hours that can be used toward CEU requirements for Yoga Alliance.
