A special 7-week Thursday evening Kundalini series, 7 Steps to Happiness, based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan.

This series is part of our regular Kundalini Yoga class schedule and no extra passes or registration is required. We do recommend that you pre-register for the classes if possible.

Join us for a 7-week in-depth exploration of Yogi Bhajan’s teachings on the fundamental aspects of Kundalini Yoga: Seven Steps to Happiness. Each class will include a brief introduction to each step, followed by a Kriya and meditation to allow you to better experience and understand the teachings.

The 7 Steps to Happiness are easy guides to how to live our lives in the Aquarian Age, as we work to build a peaceful, sustainable future.

We learn and experience the tools to stave off despair, and to create light to spread to those around us.

Open to all. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience is required.


Special Bonus: Week 1, January 9, will also be our monthly Full Moon Meditation. Class starts at 7:15 pm, and we’ll break briefly at 8:25 pm for anyone who’d like to join just for the meditation.

The full moon meditation will be designed to heighten the power of Step 1: Commitment. The gravitational pull of the full moon exacerbates the effects of meditation. Don’t miss this experience!
