Lighthouse Yoga Center, Washington, DC’s home for Kundalini and alignment-oriented Hatha Yoga has been providing high-quality and affordable yoga classes to the DC community since 2013.
We are rooted in our community and we pride ourselves on our ability to bring neighbors together in this tranquil space to practice yoga and foster connections.

Welcome everyone to our Brightwood Park location at 502 Kennedy Street NW. The studio is in a quiet, second floor location with a lot of natural light and beautiful amenities.
In addition to our full schedule of yoga classes, we host family and kids classes in partnership with Breathing Space, as well as community events related to social justice, ending racism and other forms of oppression, and building mindfulness.
Classes and Workshops
Lighthouse offers 3 types of classes: Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, Hatha Yoga and Flow Yoga. We also have twice-weekly Restorative Yoga to help you de-stress, Prenatal Yoga Series for expectant moms, and Yoga Fundamentals for beginners.
In addition to our full class schedule, we offer workshops, trainings and retreats to help you deepen your practice, build community, and have fun.

Post-Natal Yoga 6-Week Series (with Babies)
February 29 to April 3
Teacher: Rebecca Henry
Cost: $110 for the full series / members save 20%
This postnatal class series, designed for moms with babies 6-weeks to pre-crawling, will focus on strengthening, stabilizing and stretching all of the areas of the body hit hardest by pregnancy, childbirth and caring for baby.
OMiles: A Yoga + Running Workshop
A portion of the workshop’s proceeds goes to Rock Creek Conservancy, dedicated to restoring and protecting this beautiful national park.
