An Exploration of Peace, Light and Love

May 16-23, 2020

A week of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with Jiwan Shakti Kaur (Julie Eisenberg) of Lighthouse Yoga Center and Sada Sat Kaur at the Yoga Borgo gives you the opportunity to experience the tranquility, balance and health that comes from living a yogic life. Our Kundalini Yoga Retreat to Italy will help you reboot your system!

We promise you a week of yoga and meditation, great food, several fun day trips, and lots of relaxation. Two to three daily yoga classes – along with plenty of free time for optional activities – will focus on helping you find peace and balance in your life. Take this time to unplug, to commit to self-care, and give yourself the gift of rejuvenation and peace that you deserve in life. Yoga retreats can change your life!

Yoga Borgo is in the foothills of the Apennine Mountains with spectacular views of the Upper Tiber Valley of Tuscany and Umbria. The Borgo sits on 4 hectares (10 acres) of land surrounded by endless natural woodlands and meadows, ideal for hiking and meditation. Hikes can range from 20 minutes to 6 hours. You’ll run into streams, meadows, woodlands and waterfalls, all within steps of the house.

The Yoga Borgo serves gourmet vegetarian cuisine, incorporating local and organic produce much of which is grown in their own gardens. (Please notify us of any special dietary requirements). Rooms are comfortable and all bedding is provided.

This retreat will provide a balance of yoga classes and plenty of free time. The atmosphere is completely relaxed. All classes are optional, so if you prefer to rest, hike, or take a day trip on your own, you’re under no obligation to attend classes. May is a perfect time to visit this part of Italy! The flowers will be in bloom, and the vistas over the mountain ridges above the house are spectacular.
