A Self-Care Workshop with Lauren Cavanagh and Torrey Ross
Saturday June 8, 2-4 pm
- Becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings and actions
- How to find gratitude
- How to prioritize your to-do list
- How to turn your negative thoughts into positive ones
- Eating right during the day and staying active
- Most importantly: How to implement the things you learn!
Activities will include discussion, group reflection, guided meditations, and light movement. This workshop is suitable for all fitness levels and does not require any prior movement experience.
The goal of this class is that participants come away feeling empowered to take control of their thoughts, feelings and actions in order to create their ideal day and overcome any obstacles that may challenge your ability to move forward.
