Kundalini Yoga offers us many tools to navigate change and transitions.
In the best of all cases, transitions signify growth and expansion – we move closer to finding our path in life. We strive to live a life that is healthy, happy and holy. We grow and expand, and learn to live from the heart instead of the head. This opens us up to finding prosperity, love and happiness.
But at times these transitions are blocked. We hold on to patterns, behaviors, thoughts and attachments that don’t serve us!
This 5-week Kundalini Yoga series is geared toward helping is let go of what we don’t need. Each week, we’ll focus on letting go of an aspect of our life, as manifested in the physical, emotional, subconscious, karma, and chakras. This will set us on a path toward fulfillment and becoming the best we can be.
