Spring schedule changes are rolling out starting this week.

Please make note!

  • New Wednesday Evening Schedule:
    • Kundalini Yoga with Suzanne Henley moves to 7:30-8:45 pm effective immediately.
    • Pilates with Lauren Cavanagh starts on May 1, 6:15-7:15 pm.
    • Prenatal Yoga 6-Week Series with Rebecca Henry starts on May 8, 6-7:15 pm.


  • New Sunday Morning Schedule:
    • Hannah’s All-Levels Flow moves to 10:30-11:45 am effective immediately 


  • New Sunrise Yoga Schedule
    • Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 am Sunrise Flow starts on May 7
    • Wednesday Sunrise Flow continues at 6:30 am
    • Tuesday/Thursday 6:30 am Sunrise Kundalini continues

Don’t forget that Megan Davis’s special 4-week series, Yoga for Back Pain and Core Strengthening starts on Tuesday May 7. This course meets from 6:15-7:30 pm from May 7-28.

Next up in that Tuesday series slot: Woman Warrior: Yoga for Survivors, for Women who have Experienced Sexual Trauma. This 6-week series will begin on June 4. Registration opens soon!
