Have you ever tried partner yoga? Yoga is not always an individual practice! In Partner Yoga, you and a buddy have the chance to explore postures together, helping each other out while having big fun!

Longtime DC yoga teacher Tara Lemerise and her beginning yogi husband Drew will be your guides in a fun, light-hearted afternoon of partner yoga.

You and your partner will help each other build strength, flexibility and balance in partnered versions of familiar standing, back bending, and seated postures. Working together in the poses, you will cultivate camaraderie, connection, compassion, trust, and awareness. We’ll finish with some deeply relaxing partner breathing and a sweet restorative pose.

Perfect for couples, friends, and family; newbies and practiced yogis welcome.

Join us on Saturday, February 3, 2-3:30 pm.

Cost: $45 per twosome. Register here. (We encourage you to preregister; space is limited to 8 sets of buddies and we can’t guarantee day-of availability.)

Bring a friend and get ready to expand the boundaries of your yoga practice.
